This jam is reminiscent of sweet chilli sauce. The umami of soy, gochjuang, the tangy heat of pickled chillies and tomatoes, together with aromatic garlic and ginger, makes an incredibly well-rounded and moreish condiment. Try pairing it with dumplings, soft cheese, hummus, fried chicken or drizzle over eggs.
