Working with local farmers and suppliers our harissa embodies the years of refinement and culture that created it. We make our harissa the traditional way with only the best "Baklouti" chillies, dried in traditional log-ovens smoked over olive and eucalyptus wood for 48 hours, alongside only the best ingredients, such as extra virgin olive oil to bring you a rich, smokey depth. We don't add any Xantham gum, artificial ingredients, rose petals or other nonsense...

It's real harissa made the way it should be.
