Yiayia’s mountain tea with mint is a unique brew with a refreshing aroma that rejuvenates the senses. Mint is traditionally used to aid digestion, relieve bloating and sooth sore throats.
Yiayia says, take care of yourself and the environment: use only the water you need and heat it to 90 degrees. Steep the pyramid for 3-5 minutes – longer makes the flavor stronger. Ideally, cover your cup during steeping, to preserve the tea’s distinct aromas.
