With a passion for 20th Century design, textiles, colour and interiors, it was only a matter of time before Kat discovered surface pattern design.
Originally hailing from lush Yorkshire, she now lives and works in South East London with her partner and two kitten friends, making her house a home.
Tired of fast fashion, her dream is to create products that are sustainably made and as beautifully unique as their owners. Creating designs for fabric, women’s accessories, homeware and stationery, her hope is to bring something inspiring and to be cherished
Her work is inspired by her love of all things botanical, wanderlust, folk art and mid century design and she loves to tell a story with her work. Imaginative, bold and modern, Kat enjoys creating artwork by hand, whether drawn or painted, before working digitally to keep an organic and imperfect feel.
When not designing, you will most likely find her in her little garden oasis, starting another DIY home project, or creating from her library of cookbooks.
